PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – Action Required
The Housing Authority of the City of Port Arthur will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on:
November 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM Authority Board Room 820 Dequeen Blvd., Port Arthur, Texas 77640
PURPOSE: To consider a proposed plan of finance for the issuance of bonds up to $70,000,000 for the acquisition, rehabilitation, improvement and equipping of qualified residential rental projects owned by the Authority or affiliated entities.
This hearing concerns the “Bonds” and their delegated principal amount and impacts on capitalized interest, reserve, or administrative accounts.
