Summary: The Port Arthur Housing Authority (“PAHA”) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Mechanic B. The primary purpose is to assist in the maintenance of an Authority housing site and grounds. The incumbent contributes to repairs by performing carpentry, electrical, and plumbing services as required by work orders or services requests.
Experience/Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required and a minimum of one (1) year experience in construction or building maintenance, or vocational training focusing on carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and be insurable under the Authority’s plan.
