The Port Arthur Housing Authority has prepared its Annual Plan for public review and comment. The public is invited to submit written comments. Written comments should be addressed to Seledonio Quesada, Executive Director, and must be received at PAHA’s Central Office, 920 Dequeen Blvd., Port Arthur TX 77640, no later than 11:00 a.m. CST on June 12, 2023.  They can also be emailed to cele.quesada@pahousing.org.  Please put “Annual Plan Comments” on the subject line. The Port Arthur Housing Authority has prepared its Annual Plan for public review and comment.  A hearing will be held on June 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., to hear comments on the Annual Plan for the upcoming fiscal year 2023.  The Plan will be available for review prior to the public hearing beginning April 27, 2023 on pahousing.org. The plan will also be available for public review during regular business hours at PAHA’s Central Office, 920 Dequeen Blvd., Port Arthur TX 77640, for the duration of the comment period.
