WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. \nThe Housing Authority of the City of Port Arthur Texas will open the waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). \nApplications will be accepted for ONE DAY ONLY starting at 8:00 a.m. (CT) on TUESDAY\, JULY 26th 2022 until 2\,000 pre-applications have been submitted. \nOnce 2\,000 pre-applications have been received the HCV waiting list will be closed and no more pre-applications will be accepted. \nIf you would like to apply\, please complete an online pre-application at: portarthur.housingmanager.com  \nPLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to fill out an application before July 26\, 2022 at 8:00AM (CT)
